If you are considering the dokoo automatic dog feeder large alternatives, you might want to look at other options. The Dokoo 15L Vacuum-Sealed Dog Feeder offers a 15L capacity and a vacuum-sealed design to keep kibble fresh. It supports kibble up to 22 mm and includes an adjustable bowl. These specs make it suitable for large breeds that need portion control without internet connectivity.
However, you may prefer a different size, feature set, or brand. Some buyers want Wi-Fi app control or a built-in camera for monitoring. Others need a larger 35L capacity or a smaller 5L unit for small pets. The alternatives listed here were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original Dokoo model. This guide compares 6 options based on capacity, connectivity, and physical dimensions. You can find a device that matches your specific needs for your dog's diet and home setup.
How each alternative compares
Yakry 15L Large Dog Feeder
The Yakry 15L Large Dog Feeder shares the same 15L capacity as the Dokoo but adds Wi-Fi connectivity and a camera. You can monitor your pet remotely, which the Dokoo lacks entirely. The Yakry is smaller in footprint, measuring 10.6 inches wide versus the Dokoo’s 13.4 inches. It weighs significantly less at 9.48 pounds. You give up the vacuum-sealed freshness system and the adjustable elevated bowl found on the Dokoo. This model suits large dog owners who prioritize video monitoring and remote control over kibble preservation. It is a practical choice if you need to check on your pet while away.
Gwozn 15L Large Breed Dog Feeder
The Gwozn 15L Large Breed Dog Feeder offers 1080p HD camera resolution with night vision, features absent from the Dokoo. It supports 5GHz Wi-Fi for stable app control. The Gwozn handles kibble up to 23 mm, slightly larger than the Dokoo’s 22 mm limit. It is wider at 16.8 inches but lacks the Dokoo’s vacuum-sealing technology and adjustable raised bowl. You gain advanced video monitoring and a wider food path. You lose the simple on-device programming and the freshness protection system. This feeder is ideal for large breeds needing larger kibble sizes and owners who want high-definition video updates without relying on the Dokoo’s basic interface.
PiCOOP 35L Stainless Steel Dog Feeder
The PiCOOP 35L Stainless Steel Dog Feeder doubles the storage capacity with a 35L hopper compared to the Dokoo’s 15L. It uses stainless steel construction for better hygiene and durability. The design includes wall-mounted stability, which differs from the Dokoo’s freestanding base. You get significantly more food storage and a premium material build. You give up the vacuum-sealed freshness system, the adjustable bowl, and the 10-second voice recorder. This option fits extra-large dogs or multi-dog households needing bulk storage. It is best for owners who value long-term hygiene and high capacity over the specific freshness and comfort features of the Dokoo.
PETLIBRO 5L White Automatic Feeder with Camera
The PETLIBRO 5L White Automatic Feeder with Camera is a compact alternative with only 5L capacity, much smaller than the Dokoo’s 15L. It includes 1080p HD video, night vision, and two-way audio. The unit weighs just 3.8 pounds and features a slow feed bowl. You gain precise portion control and video monitoring for smaller pets. You lose the high capacity needed for large dogs and the elevated bowl design. This model suits small dogs and cats needing slow feeding. It is not suitable for large breeds requiring the Dokoo’s volume. Choose this if you prioritize camera features and compact size over bulk food storage.
PETLIBRO 5L 1080P Camera Feeder
The PETLIBRO 5L 1080P Camera Feeder provides 1080p video monitoring with night vision and two-way audio. It connects via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, unlike the Dokoo which has no internet capability. The 5L capacity is significantly lower than the Dokoo’s 15L. It weighs 4.7 pounds. You get clear visual monitoring and audio interaction. You sacrifice the large storage volume, vacuum sealing, and adjustable bowl of the Dokoo. This feeder is designed for moderate kibble storage and remote monitoring. It fits smaller households or pets that do not require large meal portions. Select this if video oversight is your primary need rather than high-volume feeding.
PETLIBRO 5L White Cat Feeder with Camera
The PETLIBRO 5L White Cat Feeder with Camera offers 1080p resolution and 5GHz Wi-Fi connectivity. It includes night vision and two-way audio features. The 5L capacity is far below the Dokoo’s 15L. The unit weighs 9.03 ounces. You gain advanced app control and video monitoring for small pets. You lose the large capacity, vacuum sealing, and elevated bowl design essential for large dogs. This model is tailored for monitoring two cats or small dogs. It is not appropriate for large breeds needing the Dokoo’s volume. Choose this option if you need precise video monitoring for small animals and do not require bulk food storage.

Frequently asked questions
Which Dokoo alternative supports 5GHz Wi-Fi?
The Gwozn 15L Large Breed Dog Feeder and the PETLIBRO 5L White Cat Feeder with Camera both support 5GHz Wi-Fi. This connectivity option often provides a more stable link in busy wireless environments. You can use these models for reliable remote scheduling and video monitoring without the lag sometimes seen on 2.4GHz networks.
What is the largest capacity option on this list?
The PiCOOP 35L Stainless Steel Dog Feeder has the largest capacity at 35 liters. This is more than double the 15L storage found in the Dokoo and Yakry models. It is designed for extra-large dogs or multi-pet households that need to store significant amounts of kibble for extended periods without frequent refills.
Which feeder is best for small dogs or cats?
The PETLIBRO 5L White Automatic Feeder with Camera is the best choice for small pets. Its 5L capacity is sufficient for smaller appetites and helps maintain kibble freshness for shorter durations. It also includes a slow feed bowl to prevent gulping, making it a safer and more appropriate option than the larger 15L units.
Do any alternatives offer stainless steel food contact surfaces?
Yes, the PiCOOP 35L Stainless Steel Dog Feeder and the PETLIBRO 5L White Automatic Feeder with Camera both feature stainless steel components. Stainless steel is easier to clean and more hygienic than plastic. It resists bacterial growth and odors, which is important for maintaining the quality of your pet's food over time.
Which model includes two-way audio for remote interaction?
The PETLIBRO 5L Cat Feeder with 1080P Camera and the PETLIBRO 5L 1080P Camera Feeder both include two-way audio. This feature lets you speak to your pet through the device. You can use it to call your pet for meals or offer comfort while you are away from home.
Is there a wall-mounted option for large dogs?
The PiCOOP 35L Stainless Steel Dog Feeder is designed for wall mounting. This setup saves floor space and provides stability for heavy kibble loads. It is ideal for owners of extra-large dogs who need a secure, high-capacity solution that does not take up valuable floor area in the kitchen or feeding station.
Which feeder supports kibble up to 23mm?
The Gwozn 15L Large Breed Dog Feeder supports kibble up to 23mm. This wider food path accommodates larger, chunkier pieces of dry food. It ensures that bigger kibble pieces do not get stuck in the dispensing mechanism, which is common in narrower feeders designed for smaller pellets.
